Order Process and Policies

If you do not receive an order confirmation response within 3 hours of sending in your order during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST), please do not hesitate to follow up with us to ensure that we have received your order. We are committed to ensuring that your order is processed smoothly and accurately. To help us achieve this, please take a moment to review the following information:
- Please ensure that your PO includes your account number.
- To avoid any confusion or duplicate orders, please send your PO only once to orderdesk@elcolighting.com.
- For express shipping, please note that we do not guarantee same-day ship ping. If your order needs to be shipped in two different ways, please submit two separate purchase orders.
- We typically ship available items. If you would prefer that your order be shipped complete, without any backorders, please indicate this on your PO.
- Please note that there is a minimum order of $200, orders under $200 will have a $25 min. order fee
- To ensure that you have the most up-to-date pricing and stock information,please refer to our customer portal.
- FFA orders do not cover any accessorial charges imposed by a trucking company, such as fees for lift gate deliveries, residential deliveries, excessive length, or deliveries to construction sites.
- For drop shipment orders, the customer is responsible for any damage, shortage, or losses on any drop shipment, partial or total, by the courier or consignee, as well as any fees or charges associated with such occurrences. By requesting to drop ship to a third-party destination, you agree to pay for such shipments, even in the case of shipping errors or total or partial loss of the shipment.
