I, [Participant’s Full Name], hereby declare that I am the original creator and copyright owner of the submitted photograph. I certify that the photograph was taken by me since January 1, 2023. I understand that cropped photos and minor adjustments are acceptable, while the addition and subtraction of objects are not permitted. I also acknowledge that I may be required to provide a model release or art release for the photograph upon request by Elco Lighting.

I grant Elco Lighting a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the submitted photograph, in whole or in part, for any purpose including but not limited to advertising, promotion, and exhibition on Elco Lighting’s website, social media platforms, and commercial products. I understand that any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. I retain all other rights to the photograph.

I confirm that the submitted photograph does not violate or infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright. I understand that photos containing sexually explicit, nude, obscene, violent, or other objectionable or inappropriate content, as determined by Elco Lighting in its sole discretion, will be disqualified from the contest.
