1. Eligibility:
- This giveaway is open to participants aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States.
- Employees of ELCO Lighting, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
2. Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway runs for four weeks, starting from October 7, 2024 to November 1, 2024.
- Each week, one winner will be selected at random.
- All entries for a given week must be submitted by Friday at 12nn (Pacific Time).
- Non-winning entries from previous weeks will remain eligible for the duration of the giveaway, and they do not need to re-enter.
3. How to Enter: Participants must complete the following actions on Instagram:
- Follow ELCO Lighting’s Instagram account.
- Like the giveaway announcement post.
- Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments. Each comment will count as one entry.
4. Winner Selection:
- One winner will be randomly selected every week using an electronic tool that filters eligible entries from the comments section.
- Non-winning entries will remain eligible for subsequent weeks.
- Winners will be announced in ELCO Lighting's Instagram stories and notified via direct message within 48 hours of each draw.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
5. Prizes:
- Each weekly winner will receive one (1) Koto System Master Kit, valued at $1,000 USD.
- A total of four winners will be selected over the course of the giveaway (one per week).
- Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
6. Publicity:
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their Instagram usernames publicly announced if they are selected as winners.
- Winners may be featured in ELCO Lighting’s promotional content.
7. Disqualification:
- ELCO Lighting reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the stated requirements or appear fraudulent, including the use of fake or duplicate accounts.
- Any inappropriate content or comments will result in automatic disqualification.
8. General Conditions:
- ELCO Lighting reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and ELCO Lighting's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters.
9. Data Collection:
- ELCO Lighting will collect personal information (i.e., Instagram usernames) solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway. No data will be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
- By participating, entrants consent to ELCO Lighting’s use of their data in accordance with ELCO Lighting’s Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability:
- ELCO Lighting will not be held responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to Internet disruptions or malfunctions related to the giveaway platform.
- By entering, participants release ELCO Lighting from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
